We are an established Managed Services and Cloud-based consultancy team based in Australia.
We are looking for experienced Technical Support Consultants to work with our Australian IT Managed Services Team supporting Australian-based customers.
You must be available for a shift from either 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (your local time).
In the role, we will be handing off customer tasks/requests from our Australian Team, and you will be required to hand-off tasks to other global support team consultants at the end of the shift.
You will be provided with a secure operating environment that is available from any device. This will include all the tools needed to perform the role.
Understanding or experience with the following;
– Amazon Web Services
– Microsoft Servers (2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2)
– Networking (TCPIP)
– Microsoft Windows (Vista, 7, 8, 10)
– Microsoft Office (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016)
– Active Directory
– Citrix (Multiple terminal servers and XenApp/XenServer)
– Firewall’s (Sophos)
– Ticket management (Zendesk)
– Monitoring (DataDog)
– Owning overnight/weekend patching cycles
– Database Knowledge/Management (My SQL, MSSQL)
Systems you will be using:
– Amazon Connect
– Amazon Workspaces
Attention to detail;
Impeccable written & verbal communication skills;
Ownership of tasks through to completion;
